Go back to the basics and reduce your risk exposure. Get comfortable making small, consistent gains over time. Those really add up, and more importantly, they help rebuild your confidence. Pay little to no attention to the big PnLs you see on the timeline, 99% of them are larping anyway. Focus on your own process and your own journey.
