my friend tried to explain his 6-person hacker house dynamics i've identified the archetypes: • The Founder (signed lease, runs house meetings, stressed about rent) • The Technical Cofounder (fixes wifi, never leaves room) • The Growth Guy (throws parties, knows everyone, never does dishes) • The Revenge Arc (just got out of situationship, now "locked in", gym at 5am) • A chief of staff girl • The Never Home One (has gf or sleeps at office, pays rent but doesn't live here) last month someone moved out because their cofounder moved in the house had 6 people and 5 bedrooms the math didn't work
