When Hurricane Helene struck we lost cable internet for a while. I work from home with my 9-5 & needed service. @Starlink to the rescue. The service has been phenomenal and the signal reliable. While talking with a neighbor before this ice storm, he relayed to me someone he knew said their Starlink had a built-in heater. Which I said was complete BS. Guess what? It does. (I had no clue) So I looked at my settings and it was set to automatic, I switched it to preheat before the ice started, and left it on until this morning when it was bone dry. Worked like a charm the entire weekend. No outages. Got to watch football & write some chapters in DOWNFALL book 4 in The BODY MAN Series. THANK YOU @elonmusk and the brilliant engineers at #Starlink, this technology is so great. Thanks for keeping me online during a rough ice storm.
