@jchaskin built this awesome on-chain Super Bowl Squares and I made a private pool with some friends.
It was missing a chat feature though, so I forked his repo and added my own chat functionality using @xmtp_.
I didn’t need to talk to either Chaskin or XMTP to do this!

The Super Bowl is Sunday and one of the most popular pure luck games in the US is squares.
- 10×10 grid - Pick a square - 0–9 numbers get assigned randomly to rows and columns - Each quarter, last digit of each team’s score selects a square - That person wins
I used to run this for friends and family. Tracking a spreadsheet, chasing people for money, sending payouts manually. This year I finally put it onchain.
