As we approach the global regulation of digital assets all criminals, scammers, those that acquired crypto to avoid taxation, those that don’t want to answer questions on their holdings, will exit. This is how the asset class matures it’s called hygiene. It is what allows the asset class to rise, gain trust and removes bad actors. This is good for long term holders. This is happening. The bad actors will sell and be shaken out globally before trillions are tokenized on public blockchains. The new buyers will hold. The artificial volatility will leave. Crypto is growing up.
