Honestly perhaps spending an entire day just planning, ideating, and shaping PRDs alongside implementation/engineering specs before writing a single line of code is what will allow me to ship entire app MVPs in days rather than weeks. Very excited watching my agents implement it.

So far it doesn't seem like they're struggling at all. I usually don't produce, proofread, and obsess over multiple pages of docs for accuracy and taste over the course of nearly an entire day up front, but I think this is now the way. Engineers must embrace becoming PMs.
