the founder of claude code just dropped a thread on how to best use claude code here’s a TLDR: 1. use 3/5 git work trees and work on multiple things at once 2. start everything in plan mode 3. always update your claude. md (rulebook basically) and push any error it ever gets to it 4. anything you do more than once a day, create your own skill for it and push to git - and/or turn it into a command so like “/double” runs a double check on all things 5. don’t manage the bug fixes just give claude all info possible and let it handle its own processes but also, read the entire thing and level up (video soon)
