I visited Ichinomiya City in Aichi Prefecture to support "Shinji Wakayama," who is endorsed by the Liberal Democratic Party.
The support from the people of Aichi District 10 (Ichinomiya City, Iwakura City) for "Shinji Wakayama" will empower me, Sanae Takachi.
Please cast your vote for "Shinji Wakayama!"
We will continue to deliver measures against rising prices in Aichi Prefecture!
〇 Gasoline price: 168.9 yen/L (last October) → 147.6 yen/L (this January)
〇 Light oil price: 149.4 yen/L (last October) → 136.3 yen/L (this January)
〇 Electricity bill: For using 400 kWh/month from Chubu Electric Power, the electricity bill in January this year will decrease from 12,835 yen to 11,035 yen.
〇 City gas bill: For using 30 m³/month from Toho Gas, the gas bill in January this year will decrease from 6,646 yen to 6,106 yen.
〇 In Aichi Prefecture, we are continuously delivering measures funded by the government's key support grants. For example,
・Subsidizing 4,500 yen per consumer as a source for discounting gas prices for LP gas sales businesses (from April 2025 to March 2026).
・Providing subsidies (up to 1/2 for municipalities) for premium coupon issuance projects implemented by municipalities to stimulate consumption affected by rising prices.
・Planning to support part of the expenses related to the introduction of digital tools for small and medium-sized enterprises and small businesses in the prefecture that are working to improve productivity using digital technology (with a limit of 2 million yen per case).
・Supporting the increase in food costs for school lunches at special support schools and other institutions.
〇 In Ichinomiya City, the basic water supply fee for citizens will be free for the readings in February and March.
Additionally, to alleviate the burden of rising food prices, we plan to provide citizens with 5,000 yen in cash.
〇 In Iwakura City, we will exempt the basic water fee for one period (2 months, 1,100 yen) for citizens and businesses.
