I don’t always agree with Paul Krugman (maybe that is an understatement, though his early books and writings were what got me into economics during my formative years), but a few points in his substack post — points that few are talking about in spite of all the take — on the Warsh is spot on. He is able to say the quiet parts aloud because he has a Nobel prize and doesn’t care. Also he is a phenomenal writer, so he can detect bs that is concealed by sophisticated sounding rhetoric.
