CHUCK JOHNSON IS GOING BACK TO JAIL: Moments after being released, the court held a hearing to determine whether Chuck and both of his parents were in contempt of court by communicating about the whereabouts of his laptop and other devices. The order to release Chuck has been vacated and Chuck is to remain in jail until Monday, February 2nd. Chuck's parents are also ordered to remain in Texas until February 2nd.
