We've launched plugins on Cowork! Plugins let you package skills, connectors, and slash commands and share them with your team. Don't sleep on them - they make Claude so much more powerful, specifically for the kind of work you'd show a colleague how to do first. I've been on a rampage writing Skills, which I think of as onboarding sessions for Claude. Last week, I wrote a skill that teaches Claude how to connect directly to our app's debugger, so it can debug without asking me for info. It can just change the code, click around in the app, then see if things work as expected. Another Skill explains how to fetch data from our data warehouse. I can just ask for analysis and it spits out charts and spreadsheets locally. We've gone from writing purpose-built-for-LLMs APIs to just pointing Claude in the direction of data, context, and tools - and that makes it so effective.
