Honest, credible voices coming forward and calling out the governance problems in Bitcoin core. This was relatively clear and transparent for anyone who’s seen similar failure in other organizations. (I, sadly, have seen it numerous times.): Mediocrity, circling the wagons to deny and conceal it, silencing legitimate criticism, etc. It’s sad, but there’s no denying it. In fact, not denying it is the path forward.
