Satellite images reveal strikes on Crimea's key 330kV West-Crimean substation in October and December that Russia hid, DeepState reports. The control building, main transformer, and a 22.5MW mobile gas turbine were hit. The substation powers western Crimea including Yevpatoria, Saky, and military sites.
