My guess for the FBI operation at Fulton County: 1) Seize a bunch of 2020 election materials. 2) Use it as a pretext to air half-baked allegations about the 2020 election (from the political actors; not the FBI professionals). 3) No criminal convictions. 4) But lots of allegations and pot stirring 5) Invoke the provision in Georgia state law that allows the Georgia State Board of Elections to replace county election offices that are "underperforming." 6) Replace Fulton County elections with operators favored by the MAGA State Board of Elections. 7) Operate 2026 elections. I have ZERO special evidence that this is the plan. But it's a logical sequence of events that could provide justification for recent events more sophisticated than "the President told us too."
