The Case-Shiller 20-City Home Price Index rose 1.4% Y/Y in November 2025, slightly above October’s 1.3% gain and market expectations of 1.2%. It's a first increase in months, but US home price growth remains below a two-year low and among the lowest in the last decade, indicating a cooling in the US housing market. We see a similar situation in our housing data reflected in Truflation US CPI, as well as our Housing Inflation, Rented Dwellings Inflation, and Owned Dwellings Inflation Indexes, two of which have recently plunged into negative numbers.
