just like we saw during covid ppl can only see the current snapshot of things but not the rate of change. they are incapable of extrapolating into the future. ppl tried claude during the break and the world completely changed. just visualize where we’ll be in 6-12mo.

i can’t rule out the possibility that sometime in the v near future 90% of white collar workers go thru an identity crisis after realizing they can be replaced by ai. software engineers r going thru this in real-time, who’s next? society isn’t prepared for this.
