When $BTC is pumping to ATHs and $XRP is ripping it, the market stability act has been passed and all of a sudden, @ripple and @bgarlinghouse announce that Ripple prime and @GTreasury are moving 80% of their settlements to the XRPL. They then also receive their Fed master account and full banking licence in the USA, allowing them to directly provide liquidity / be a first buyer of bonds. This is when you see a speculative mania rally in $XRP + crypto. This is the extra sauce that metals don’t have that can rip your face off with a rally. Just saying.
