Customer: “I was at the Tim Hortons on 109 Ave NW in Edmonton today ordering a coffee. I told the worker to have a good day, but she didn’t respond or acknowledge me. When I asked her to be polite, she gave me the middle finger. I went inside to speak to the manager, but she wasn’t there. The video shows the worker grabbing my phone and saying they aren’t getting paid for their work. I then left and am hoping to speak to the manager as soon as possible.”
