U.S. District Judge Katherine Menendez, a Biden appointee, is considering the Minnesota filing to halt the federal immigration operation in the state. If Menendez is seriously considering such an order, she would be ultimately reversed in my view.

...I can see no constitutional basis for the court to enjoin the enforcement of federal immigration laws. Indeed, the complaint reads like a press release with a caption on it.
