Why aren’t gasless L2s more of a thing yet? Aren’t there plenty of incentives to do this? The increase in users from this would drive more adoption and attract devs, which in turn would make market makers pay plenty of fees beyond a low rate limit. IMO, it’s a big missed opportunity for e.g. Kraken and Coinbase not to do this.
