This guy discovered a hidden mode in Claude Code, the Swarms mode, which turns into a conversation with a team lead. The team lead is responsible for planning and delegating tasks. Once you approve their plan, it enters a brand new "delegation mode" and generates a series of engineers who will: * Share tasks * Work in parallel * Message each other to coordinate work You can check out the demo he recorded, which reminded me of the oh-my-opencode plugin in OpenCode.
