The blow-dry wasn't done by Toly. It turned into an unprofessional hair washer. Then suddenly, she told me that styling would cost extra. It's now 100 bucks. It hurt my heart, and I said on the spot that I would never go back again. The so-called styling is just Toly slightly shaping my bangs. Now the hair washer charges 60 bucks for a blow-dry. It's still frizzy, treating me like a pig being slaughtered.
