Families who go to collect the bodies of their loved ones are psychologically destroyed. They are given three “choices”: – Pay money. – Become a Basij member. – Or they place photos of 10–15 detainees in front of them and force them to choose one and say: “This person killed my loved one.” They do this to turn families against each other.
