creators are getting farmed the overwhelming majority of ambassadorships, creators studios, clipping agencies and everything in between are just farms they will use you for free/cheap labor, they will not care about you as a person or as a content creator, they will not care about your growth, they will not care about anything else than getting some free labor out of you understand the reality of this space and act accordingly
