Here is my econ 101 logic here... If you are looking at an aggregated view of all Solana validator earnings, and this guy is the only one heavily sandwiching, he is dragging up the average earnings of all Solana validators, and the situation is actually much graver then they want to tell you. @MaxResnick called this guy out 8-9 months ago, and they have just gone radio silent on it. Guess it isnt an issue.
