BREAKING: A jury found a former Uvalde police officer not guilty on 29 counts of abandoning and endangering a child in connection with the 2022 mass shooting. Adrian Gonzales was one of the officers who responded to Robb Elementary School, where 19 children were killed and 10 were wounded, and was accused of not acting quickly enough and failing to confront the gunman. His defense attorneys previously said "he did what he could with what he knew at the time."
