Some court watchers had expected SCOTUS to rule on the constitutionality of Trump's tariffs. (Yes, the "Liberation Day" tariffs.) Today's opinions just dropped, and there was no tariff decision. And so we wait, as the President bullies our allies with a threat that may not be his to issue.
