Historic, permanent tax relief is now law, locking in Trump-era tax cuts that let hard-working Americans keep more of their money and protect families from future tax hikes. That’s economic security for Tennessee households and small businesses.

The Working Families Tax Cut means more certainty for Tennessee families: lower tax burdens, stronger paychecks, and an economy that rewards work. It also made the small business deduction permanent, giving Tennessee’s job creators the certainty they need to invest, hire, and grow for the long term.

Small businesses, Tennessee’s backbone, now benefit from permanent business expensing and deductions that spur job creation and investment right here at home. More jobs, more opportunity, more Tennessee prosperity.

The GENIUS Act, which I proudly sponsored, is now law. This framework makes the U.S. the crypto capital of the world, strengthens US dollar dominance, protects consumers, and fuels innovation.
