Here’s a good practice: Put somebody who knows nothing about your business in front of a computer and tell them to sign up for your services. Don’t help them. Don’t answer questions. Watch them fumble around. And then FIX IT.
Your website should be professional but SIMPLE and structured correctly. Your quote request form should be extremely simple. Get email and then save it before moving to the next page. Every additional click is lost money.
