I used Claude Code + Gemini to help me edit this. The original video was a 5 hour livestream. My agent was able to reduce it to 1 hr 30m, then it created a Premiere Pro script with the cuts already applied.

This is a good summary of how it works. Right now the code is still messy and it annoys me I still needed to do the final edits but will share Github for this at some point.
