The best way I've found of using AI to learn is through my newsletter: I read scientific research papers and write summaries of them, then once I have the summary (and only then!) I feed it to the AI system along with the paper and ask if I've understood things correctly.

This is not a grand discovery - as we know from non-AI education, you always want students to engage deeply with primary source material and develop their own view of it before getting calibrated/corrected by a tutor.
