This is great & all but there are ~5,000 other federal laws the DOJ has at their disposal to contort & lock away developers with. BRCA misses the broader issue, software developers cannot be held responsible for end-user actions. If not money transmission, rogue prosecutors will just twist some other law if the core problem isn't addressed.
