/ "Red Light, Green Light" is our interactive submission to the Memes and every part of it is wired directly into Meebits history. Nothing is random. Every visual, every pulse, every flicker is tied to real collection data. Guest post by @_doclove, the creator of The Cube 👇
/ We started with the foundation. There are 22 Top-level Trait Categories in the original collection. So every face of the Cube is rendered as a 22 by 22 grid. The geometry literally sits on Meebits DNA.
/ The collection also introduced 7 original Types. Human, Skeleton, Robot, Elephant, Pig, Dissected, Visitor. So the Cube uses 7 color palettes and 7 zoom levels. Users can only zoom in or out exactly 7 steps.
/ There are 994 Tattoo Meebits. The code calculates the ratio of tattoos to total pixels. It uses this to randomly sprinkle black "Tattoo Pixels" across all faces of the cube, creating rare visual markers.
/ There are 711 Pig Meebits. A community favorite, the original Meebs called "Snoutz". So the inner heart light caps out at 71.1 percent brightness. The heartbeat also uses this number to define how fast it can pulse when volatility spikes.
/ Then we added the emotional layer. The Cube is wired to real time ETH price movement. It responds to the market every few seconds. The outside behaves like a breath. Green glow when ETH is up. Red glow when ETH is down. The breathing speeds up as volatility increases.
/ Inside the Cube is a heart. It beats pale green when ETH is up. It beats pink when ETH is down. The pulse goes from calm to frantic as the market gets shaky. Red Light, feel the risk. Green Light, feel the rush.
/ Everything in "Red Light, Green Light" is historical data turned into motion. A living object that reacts to the market. A Cube built from Camogen and Meebits math. A tiny window into how onchain culture can evolve. We appreciate your support and votes for this submission.
