after 2+ years, i’m leaving openai. i’m grateful for the opportunity to build some of the most advanced ai systems, learning flywheels that shape model understanding and compounding improvements at scale. tackling seemingly impossible problems alongside world-class research, eng, product, and gtm talent was the highlight of my career. i’m appreciative of the trust, growth, and colleagues/friends who showed up nights and weekends. you reshaped how i think about shipping responsibly. excited to keep building.
