gonna run an experiment using claude code, not for coding, but as an operating system for work.
most people use claude in one off conversations. yes it can read from past chats, but that context is scattered. random questions, personal stuff, work stuff all mixed together.
what if instead the context was hyper focused on your work? everything lives in a single directory (the brain) that evolves over time. your notes, ideas, conversations, open threads. claude has full access and can write back to it. create new files, reorganize things, make recommendations based on the full picture.
when you launch it, it evaluates everything. asks for updates, status, priorities. you talk to it and it updates the context. only your work. nothing else.
(obviously nothing confidential. no names, no sensitive details. but the substance of what i'm thinking about and working on.)
it becomes less of a tool you prompt and more of a partner that's actually locked in with you.
has anyone tried something like this?
@8bitpenis @obsdmd basically i'm just building chase v69
one thing i think that will be cool, is that when its all over, whether that be a year or 5, you have this insane database of insights
