It's important to not think of scams as something only old non-tech savvy people fall for. They happen to everyone, frequently, and can even be personally tailored. I also recently had a scam attempt personally tailored to me. I think the best approach is to never share your details or your screen with anyone who you don't know from real life. It's better to trust simple principles, than it is to trust your own ability to discern every case.
