i have found this pattern to be useful, too. pretrain has already filled their minds with tokens from the whole internet; post and mid training has already achieved skills benchmarks tool use and some facility with the harness. what helps a lot is a corpus of your creative work, that's large enough to encompass both visible and implicit patterns, drives, intent, observations. with enough mental landmarks formed by reading and thinking about it can the AI reconstruct enough of your thinking to be useful to structure its work as closer to your pen? are you able to gesture at ideas and it able to grab connections and commonalities across years? is it fast and valuable to explore a huge amount of work across multiple passes and explorations -- to the user and the AI. does building a memory starting from your own stuff enhance the ability to build the next thing?
