Amazing how quickly Minnesota deteriorated from a dull but well governed place into insanity and chaos. I know it’s still overall nice and affluent but the craziness there would have been unthinkable 20 years ago. Whatever this ‘project’ is, it has demonstrated the exact of opposite of what those who engineered it would have hoped.
