If the name of the ICE agent is not forthcoming and normal law enforcement process begins - formally defining an indictment, then the arrest if that process decides, then the trial and the resulting justice with related civil remedy for damages if found guilty, then it is clear to me that both "sides" do not want justice but the current chaos. It serves both parties to not pursue justice. This is a bi-partisan event now
