Trump has made abundantly clear he doesn't give a shit about Bolsonaro. He talked to Lula a few times and liked him. Lula told Trump about how he endured 18 months of prison without whining, and said Bolsonaro is a weak loser who keeps crying. That's all that Trump needed. He lifted sanctions and tariffs and Moraes proceeded to imprison Bolsonaro and two dozen of his key allies and then esclated their censorship regime. Brazil will have to fix itself.
