Americans priced out of the housing market can now speculate on home values without buying a property. Polymarket has launched new markets that allow users to bet on future home prices, settling against price indices from housing data firm Parcl. The markets, which debuted Monday, cover median home values in the U.S. and several major metro areas through Feb. 1.
