The US stock market is pulling back, and #Bitcoin is also experiencing a simultaneous pullback, with the price temporarily halting around 94,800. Is this a short-term hourly pullback?
Or is it a continuation of the daily downtrend? This might be the most concerning question for everyone right now.
In the short term, the key to distinguishing whether it is an hourly or daily pullback is to watch the area around 89,300, which is the 4-hour MA200 long-term trend line. As long as the price does not fall below this level, it means the hourly long-term trend remains upward.
If it breaks below, we need to continue watching for a deeper daily pullback. In the short term, 91,300 is a critical watershed; this level will activate effective turnover in the short term. Pay attention to whether the 4-hour level can stabilize above this position. If it can effectively hold above support, it indicates that the bullish momentum before the market remains strong.
Therefore, for today, watch around 91,300, with the key level at 89,300. If the latter breaks, the risk of further pullback increases, so be cautious of the pullback risk.
In my view, I personally remain bullish, and my orders have not changed. If friends are optimistic about the subsequent market, there are two options:
1. Focus on the key point around 89,300. If the price tests support, pay attention to whether three 4-hour support levels can effectively hold without breaking. If it does not break, consider it effective support, and you can go long with a stop loss, or build positions in batches at this price, continuing to average down if it falls further.
2. If the key point around 89,000 breaks, we need to continue observing whether the chip peak around 87,000 loosens. If the chips continue to accumulate, 87,000 may again support the price and trend. If a stop-loss signal appears at that time, you can also switch to long or go long with a stop loss.
PS: I did not see any obvious resistance around 94,800. The price halting here should be a matter of chip turnover. A few days ago, I saw a post from @Murphychen888 mentioning similar key points.
