Now that I've had a moderately difficult baby and a very easy baby I can say somewhat confidently that very easy babies are indeed very easy These are not the same parenting experiences, and it's not close, it's two different planets

@NotMaryAnnObv Now I'm glad and proud that my baby got the best of me when there was very little left over for myself At the time, I thought my inability to do much more than take care of the baby was a skill issue. It may just be impossible to calibrate properly on the first baby
