Many complaints that RTOs are not processing studies fast but clearly a big bottleneck is permitting, supply chain - Big variation among techs: >4 years to build a solar + storage project after IA vs ~2 years for storage only - Total time from application to COD is now ~5 years for the median 200 MW+ project - Gas capacity in queues went up +72% yoy. Solar (-12%), storage (-13%), and wind (-26%) decreased this year - Solar + storage takes the longest time from request to COD, followed by wind
