Throughout 2025, Astar laid the foundations for the Astar Collective. 🔵 Continued L1 protocol evolution with Agile Coretime and Asynchronous Backing 🔵 More established onchain governance and community frameworks 🔵 Ecosystem expansion, including participation through the ACS Campaign and growth alongside @soneium All designed to support long term usability and sustainability.

This groundwork enables sharper execution in early 2026. Q1 priorities focus on improving core usability, including: 🔵 Advancing Tokenomics 3.0 to lower inflation and reshape token emissions 🔵 Revamping dApp Staking and rebuilding the Astar Portal experience 🔵 Strengthening onchain liquidity through a more aligned DeFi approach centered around ASTR

Beyond Q1, 2026 accelerates execution under the Astar Collective. The focus shifts toward: 🔵 Building products to onboard and retain more users through cohesive experiences 🔵 Delivering DeFi related services designed to generate sustainable, repeatable revenue aligned with ASTR More details will be shared as final plans take shape.

Alongside execution, Astar continues to test and learn in production. Experiments like the Burndrop PoC and ecosystem led DeFi activity, such as the xStocks trading campaign with @SoneFi_xyz, help validate mechanisms and align governance, incentives, and product direction as Astar progresses toward Evolution Phase 2.

With stronger foundations and clearer alignment, Astar enters 2026 ready to execute with focus and intent. This sets the rails for a more integrated, product driven web3 direction, making it easier for users to experience the ecosystem through clearer and more intuitive products.
