The infamous Quality Learing Center at 1411 Nicollet had already been raided by the FBI in 2015. It was called Salama Child Care Center at the time. They (the scamming somalis) simply obtained another license by making up a new name AT THE SAME ADDRESS. The FBI 🤡 has been “investigating” that location for 10 years!
