Two trillion. $2,000,000,000,000. Try to wrap your head around that number. (I know, it's impossible.) If the entire US spent on Medicaid at the same rate as New York state, it would spend $2 TRILLION on Medicaid. JUST MEDICAID. And much if not most of it is waste or fraud.
