1/ Timeboost is a new mechanism that allows MEV searchers to bid for priority transaction inclusion, effectively creating a new revenue stream for Arbitrum DAO. Since its inception in April, Timeboost has generated an additional $6M revenue.

2/ Managed by @EntropyAdvisors, the DeFi Renaissance Incentive Program (DRIP) aims to drive sustainable growth across the Arbitrum ecosystem, with Season 1 focused on lending protocols. Highlights: - Total Market Size: $2.8B (+21%) - Market Size of Eligible USD Assets: 3x to $1.1B MC - ETH Market Size: +58% to 232K ETH - DEX Liquidity: ~2x to $87.5M

3/ Arbitrum's Treasury Management Program almost doubled this year, with over $100M now deployed across its RWA, ETH, ARB and Stablecoin Strategies. In 2025, the deployments generated over $2M in interest, currently yielding ~3% APY over the last 30 days.

@Dune 4/ Despite a volatile year, DeFi remained strong - some areas even saw growth: - Total Value Secured: $17B - Stablecoin MC: $7.7B (+18%) - RWA MC: $847M (+5x) - DEX Volume: $250M+

5/ 2025 was also a big year for Arbitrum DAO Governance: - Vote Participation has reached new highs, with the latest proposal setting a new ATH of ~264M ARB and ~84% vote participation - Governance Activity also picked up as major proposals were approved, including Timeboost, DRIP, Entropy Advisors' Renewal (Y2-Y3) and ArbOS 51
