obviously being early will always be an edge but what defines being early? to some it's basically joining the discord but it's an "edge" that can get diluted the moment they announce a good raise roles might be a differentiator here but it's dec 2025, teams dgaf about roles anymore, it's financial skin in the game or gtfo, best thing ive seen so far is with zama og nft for a presale discount (looks juicey) to others it could be earning points early but you can get outperformed by people with size it's practically where im driving at, not necessarily dismissing being early
