This is a huge moment and an incredibly meaningful one. What the recognition of @larvalabs, @matthall2000, @pents90, and @ArtOnBlockchain signals is not just validation, but a shift in what becomes possible next for on-chain art. One non obvious effect is curatorial risk tolerance. After MoMA, exhibitions can move beyond first principles. Curators are freed to show more experimental and less immediately legible work such as systems, protocols, and runtime pieces without having to re explain why blockchain based art belongs in a museum at all. The conversation shifts from whether this is art to what kind of art it is and what lineage it extends. 1/4
